Nepal Disaster Relief
The flash floods in Nepal on 26th August have brought devastation to thousands of people, including many towns and villages where our Pioneers mission workers have been working for more than 15 years. Local churches are doing all they can to house and feed those who are displaced, but the level of destruction is more than the churches can confront alone.
Will you help support the people in affected areas? Pioneers mission workers are poised to purchase materials including food, clothing, emergency supplies such as WASH items and building supplies. Missionaries are working with the chairman of the Christian society to establish areas of greatest need. If donations allow, the team would also like to provide trauma counselling in coming weeks and months to help with spiritual, mental, and emotional recovery.
